Terms of Service

Last updated 22 July 2026 · Max Mentorship, Ontario, Canada

These terms govern the mentorship program and this site. By enrolling you agree to them.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to enrol.

What this is — and what it is not

Max Mentorship is mentorship and education. It is not financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. We teach structure and principles; licensed professionals execute the filings. Always consult a qualified professional before acting on anything discussed in the program.

Earnings disclaimer

There are no income, revenue, or results guarantees. Nothing in this program promises a specific financial outcome. Your results depend entirely on your own execution, circumstances, and decisions.

How the program works

Payment

Programs are billed monthly in Canadian dollars (CAD) plus 13% HST, processed by Stripe. Billing continues for the number of months in your plan unless cancelled.

Refunds & cancellation

Session recordings

Mentorship sessions are recorded for quality, reference, and program purposes. Recordings of your sessions are available to you on request. Max Mentorship will not publish or share any recording in which you are identifiable without your separate written consent.

Conduct, suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for abusive conduct, dishonesty, sharing of program materials, or non-payment. Where we terminate without cause, unused prepaid months are refunded.

Intellectual property

All curriculum, lessons, frameworks, templates, and materials remain the property of Max Mentorship. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence for your own use only. You may not copy, resell, publish, or teach these materials without written permission.

Confidentiality

What you share in sessions and in the portal stays between you and Max.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Max Mentorship's total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Questions: info@maxmentorship.com.
